A look at spring 2019 catwalks and one thing is clear, Utilarian chic is in. Cargo pants are not quite as they used to be. This time there's an ease about them. This time they are tailored beautifully. I couldn't help but think of that trend as I saw this picture of the always dressed well Tamu. It is the coat. It is just wonderful.
