Please read our conversation below.
1. You are a blogger and activist. Tell us how did you get started as a blogger? You are also gorgeous and interesting. Can you tell us a little about yourself and your background? My career as a Fashion Tall Blogger and high fashion inclusion activist began while I was playing professional basketball for the last few years. I wanted to transform my life experience in sport into something useful for all women.
2. What is a tall blogger? I try to give advice to women on how to enhance their physical forms through new fashion trends and I try to make stylists aware of all types of physicality including all types of diversity. Currently in the world of fashion any physique different from the usual standards is considered diversity. I fight for this diversity to become normality.
3. You have a huge following on Instagram. What does social media mean to you? They mean a lot because it's the medium I use to spread the womanpower.it project, and I'm happy and honored to be in partnership with FB, IG and Pinterest.
4. You are very active as an activist with disabled talent magazine covers. What led you to become an activist? During my pro basketball years, I suffered from bulimia and depression from bullying. Through WomanPower.it I wanted to give a voice to all people through editorial projects in High Fashion because it is our superpower that is needed to have self-esteem and to feel represented in the world of fashion both during Fashion Weeks and beautiful advertising campaigns.
5. What changes are you trying to make? What changes are you trying to make within the fashion industry? We have been working hard for many years to make Haute Couture inclusive.
6. As a magazine cover girl and social media icon what have been your biggest accomplishments so far? I feel very proud and lucky because I've had several awards, but I've worked hard to get them nothing has been given to me.
The biggest successes so far Seeing Girls within the Fashion Diversity Voice project of woman power. It launched last September, ending up in Fashion global advertising campaigns or being included in other Covers.
7. What inspires you and what projects are you working on? My inspiration is all Power Women. We are now working hard for the next project in London, it will be something wonderful, we can't wait to show you!
8. You wear beautiful clothes and accessories. You can share a tip on how to get a great style? My advice is try to enhance your figure and your strong points.
9. How can we all help with your activism? Spread WomanPower.it and support our mass media we will be truly grateful.
